Jerry came to the rescue when I needed my battery tested after issues starting my car. He was communicative on his arrival time, worked quickly, and made sure that the battery and everything around it was clean and in working condition.
Felecia and Sharon were super dooper great on the phone with customer service. They talked with smiles😊 Sharon reassured me the customer survey would arrived after the closing out the invoice and sometimes it can take a little bit. However, I couldn’t wait, no fault of Sharon. She did what she was suppose to do. Thank you❤️ I called back a few hours later because I really wanted to do the survey and not forget. Miss Felecia answered. Greetings!!!! Jerry H #10 was super awesome!!!! He was timely and arrived when he said he would 😊. He efficiently changed my tire and also made sure that I made sure to drive at a safe speed (no more than 50 mph), he was kind and polite. I like that🤗 Hire more Jerrys 🤩
